A passionate financial creative, Olutobi’s career has spanned over a decade in the industry having worked as a bond and foreign exchange broker transitioning into corporate and sovereign advisory. As a financial entrepreneur, Olutobi’s finance boutiques have raised nearly $500 million for various businesses and governments across the United Kingdom, United States, Latin America and Africa.

In founding Yoru Factor, Olutobi seeks to provide undeserved, growing companies with working capital that can stimulate their expansion.

Tom Noble-Sabokbar

Head of Business Development

Tom has worked in the creative and technology industry for over 10 years. He is a former agency owner and has experience working for VICE media for several years in the commercial department. Tom has worked with some of the biggest brands and agencies in the world such as Coty, Nike, L’Oreal, Crocs, Gucci, Barclays & UNILEVER. Tom brings the deep industry knowledge and contacts needed to help form the perfect financial solution for the industry.

Tom leads the business development for Yoru Factor using his wealth of experience to bridge the gap between the company and its client base.

Jerome Pratt

Head of Technology

Jerome brings over a decade of experience in fintech and high-scale technology systems. His expertise spans from African payment platforms processing millions in daily transactions to loan optimisation systems at Funding Circle that helped reduce default rates. Jerome has also contributed to critical healthcare technology, including the UK’s Test and Trace system and Babylon Health’s telehealth platform. His ability to drive innovation and solve complex challenges in fintech and beyond makes him an ideal technology leader for Yoru Factor’s venture.

Jerome leads the technology team. His objective is the continue integrating smart technology into the business allowing for many more SMEs to access funding in a quick and more efficient manner.
